Dean the Bean

Dean the Bean is a children's book for all ages. Dean is learning, like so many young children, how to be comfortable with himself.

Written with rhyme in all but the last sentence of the page, this creative little book makes it clearly fun for adults to read to children and keep this important message light, but still driven.

The book was written and illustrated by Joni Akins for her children when they were small. The images are large fun and goofy, drawn in color pencil, it keeps these characters having a unique and simplistic, fun loving appeal.
